Careers

Your caregiving profession awaits

Are you already a professional caregiver? Would you like to make caregiving your profession?

In addition to paid family caregivers, My House In-Home Care employs professional Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to care for one or multiple clients as the primary worker and/or as relief for family caregivers when needed.

Professional caregiving is an essential non-medical role centered on maintaining independence for vulnerable individuals. Direct Care Workers (DCWs) handle the critical, day-to-day routines that allow seniors, adults and children with physical disabilities to remain safely in their own homes, as opposed to unwanted placements into facilities and group living situations. The work requires high reliability, emotional resilience, and a practical approach to problem-solving in diverse home environments.

By delivering both training tiers, My House ensures our caregivers are technically prepared and confident when entering homes with highly varied care plans. This is demanding, highly appreciated work with an established Arizona leader known for quality service.
